Divine Kosher Cuisine: Catering to Family and Friends

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
• 4 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut into strips
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 3/4 cup white wine
• 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Prepare 2 quart microwavable container.
2. Place chicken into container.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
4. Cover and microwave on high 11 to 13 minutes or until fully cooked.
